Find of the Moment : Bites Desserts – Love At First Bite

Bite-sized, according to the MacMillan dictionary, is small enough to be put whole into your mouth and small enough to be read or dealt with easily.  Here we go, we’ll make this blog bite-sized because we know that you have a lot to do!  Bites Desserts practically pop into your mouth by themselves – colorful, rich in flavor and texture, they are simply a fun way to experience desserts.

Shreena Grewal is the mastermind behind these wonderful creations and she makes it so easy to enjoy sweet bites – truffles, cake pops and mini cupcakes in customizable flavors and colors.  Sky’s the limit, one bite at a time.

Cake Pops from Bites Desserts

If you think that cake pops are cake on a stick – well, there is a bit of science to it and a whole lot of magic at the hands of the lady that expertly mixes textures and flavors to make it  all come together perfectly in one bite. She can ship her treats to you or do the entire set up at your party, including the display.  Cake pops arranged in  a glass bowl make cute centerpieces, and the guests can enjoy them at the end of the party or take one home as a party favor.

We sampled many delicious flavors, and our favorites are Cookies and Cream: chocolate oreo pop dipped in white chocolate, Death by Chocolate: chocolate pop dipped in milk chocolate with mini chocolate chips and Chocolate Hazelnut.  And we have lots of ideas for creating personalized flavors – peanut butter banana, anyone?

Our wedding planning advice – decide on your special treat and order it  4 to 6 weeks before your wedding.  This will give the baker plenty of time to get creative and procure even the most unusual ingredients.  Splurge on delivery and set up by the professionals who know how to handle these delicate items.  Your dessert buffet will be picture perfect!
